【日記】硫黄山麓のヤマドリゼンマイが黄葉していました Cinnamon fern turns yellow

硫黄山麓ではヤマドリゼンマイが群生している場所があるのですが、秋になると日当たりがいいので一番早く黄葉します。訪れたときは少しピークを過ぎてしまっていましたが、木の影に生えているゼンマイはまだピークになっていません。ポンポン山からキンムトーを通って硫黄山まで歩いてきましたが、景色の変化が楽しめるルートでした。

There is a place Cinnamon fern grows at the bottom of Mt. Io. Because the fern gets a lot of sunshine here, when Autumn comes, leaves turn yellow very quickly. When I visited here, peak of the color has already finished. But the fern in the shade of trees has not turned yellow yet. I walked through Mt. Ponpon, Kinmuto pond and the bottom of Mt. Io and could enjoy the changing scenery from forest, pond and volcano.
