【日記】硫黄山に月が浮かんでいました Moon was above head of Mt.io

僕のガイド当番としては今シーズン最後の硫黄山へ登ってきました。午前中でしたが、まだ月が見えていて、ちょうど西に沈んでいくところだったので、硫黄山の東にいる僕たちからは硫黄山の噴煙と月を一緒に見ることができました。雲一つない空はとても清々しく、登山中は風も吹いていなかったので、とても気持ちのいい登山でした。午後からはまた風が吹き始めていたので、ちょうどいいタイミングで登ってくることができました。

It was the last time for this season to go to Mt.Io for my guide shift. We could still see the moon going down to the east even in the late morning. So we could see Mt.Io and Moon together in same direction from east. It was very refreshing climbing as it was so fine day without any clouds and no wind. It was very good timing because wind started blow strongly from noon.
