【日記】藻琴山は霧氷景色でした Ice on tree at Mt. Mokoto

今日も霧氷景色を求めて藻琴山へ。標高700mほどの霧氷は昨日の午後には散ってしまいましたが、ずっと雪雲をかぶっていた藻琴山はまだまだ霧氷景色でした。雪も少しずつ積もってくれていますが、まだ雪原になるには程遠いですね。まだ分かる登山道をスノーシューで登っていくと、雪雲で遠景は全く見えませんでしたが、霧氷のいい景色が広がってくれていました。

I went to Mt. Mokoto to look for ice on tree again today. Ice on tree around the height of 700m has already been gone yesterday afternoon, but still here at Mt. Mokoto which has been covered all day from yesterday. Amount of snow is increasing but still not enough to become snow field. I can still see the trail and walking up with snowshoes. I couldn’t see distance scenery due to the clouds but I could see beautiful scenery of ice on tree.
