【日記】クマゲラが食べ物を探していました Black wood pecker

窓の外でクマゲラが飛んでくる声が聞こえるなぁと思ったら、すぐそこで止まった声が聞こえたので、外に出てよく森の中を見ていると、居ました。クマゲラちゃんです。林床の倒木を一生懸命つついて虫を探していました。結構長い時間同じ倒木をつついていたので、虫の巣窟になっていたのかもしれません。こういう出会いができると嬉しいですよね。

I could hear the call of flying Black wood pecker this morning and stopped flying just next to my house. I went out and looked for it. I then found black wood pecker looking for insects from fallen tree. As she was pecking fallen tree for a long time, there may have been many insects in it. It’s very enjoyable to see such meeting.
