【日記】荒天の中でもハクチョウが浮かんでいました Whooper Swans in bad weather

強風ではなくなりましたが、雪が降る一日となりました。屈斜路湖も対岸が見えないほどの天気の中、オオハクチョウたちはいつも通り湖面に浮かんで食べ物を探していました。彼らは天気が悪いと何を思っているのでしょうか。いつか夏のオオハクチョウの様子も見に行けたらいいなと思うのですが、そんなチャンスがいつか巡ってきたらいいなぁ。

Strong wind till yesterday stopped but it was snowing today. Whooper swans were looking for food floating on Lake Kussharo as usual in such bad weather I couldn’t see the other side of the lake. I wonder what they think when weather is not good. I also think I want to go to Russia to see whooper swans in summer one day. I hope dream comes true one day.
